Hudson & Holland Scholars

Hudson & Holland Scholars Program (HHSP)

hhsp2.jpgIFS provides courses tailored exclusively for Hudson & Holland Scholars. By participating in a 3-credit course before your fall semester begins, you not only earn honors credit but also secure a Hudson & Holland Cream Scholar Status. As an HHSP Cream Scholar, you will be distinguished with the standard HHSP cord and an additional cream-colored cord upon graduation, accompanied by a certificate of achievement. This unique opportunity allows you to move into your dorm early, fostering friendships with fellow HHSP students, engaging with top IU faculty, and seamlessly transitioning into college life.

IFS takes place August 4th to August 21st, right before the fall semester begins.

Contact Hudson & Holland at HHSP@indiana.edu or visit https://hudsonandholland.indiana.edu/ regarding the Hudson & Holland Scholars program.

The IFS and Hudson & Holland collaboration offers you:

  • the ability to transition to college virtually in a 3-credit course then move to campus early for your first on-campus classroom experience
  • small class sizes that help foster relationships with your professor, peer mentors, and other Hudson & Holland Scholars
  • the chance to explore campus, attend events, and learn more about all the resources IU Bloomington has to offer
  • the opportunity to create a support system of friends, faculty, and peer mentors before the fall semester begins
